1. Quotation: Quotation is valid within 30 days from the effective date.
If the price of raw materials exceeds 4% or the exchange rate fluctuates more than 2%, the price needs to be adjusted accordingly.
2. Production time: From the day after receiving the customer's order deposit, the normal delivery time is 2-6 working days. Please consult the corresponding sales personnel of our company for the specific time. If there are other processing techniques - such as silk screen printing, personalized information, signature strips, etc., the lead time should be extended by 1-2 working days.
3. Expedited fee: For specific matters, please consult the corresponding sales personnel of our company.
4. Payment method: T/T international remittance, Paypal, credit card.
5. Design and confirmation draft: CDR, PSD, PDF, AI format files with a pixel size of 400dpi can be provided; before production, our company will provide a layout confirmation draft for customers to check and confirm. Once production is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
6. Patent/Copyright: When the order is printed according to the layout of the customer, the buyer agrees to bear all the responsibilities arising from the lawsuit or demand brought by the third party for patent or copyright infringement against our company.
7. Cancellation of the order: Our company will charge the fees incurred before the cancellation, such as design fees, service fees, etc.
8. Samples/Catalogues: Quantitative stock samples and product catalogs are provided free of charge.
9. Printing color difference: In view of the differences in printing equipment, materials, inks, etc., there will be a reasonable color difference within 8% of the product color during the production of samples and bulk products.
10. Liability: After the goods are delivered to the carrier, they become the property of the buyer. If the carrier is delayed or damaged, the buyer must submit a claim to the carrier.
11. Training: Our company provides standard and customized sales and technical training to meet the needs of buyer customers.
12. Warranty: All products produced by our company enjoy a 5-year warranty under normal use.
13. After-sales service:
Returns: Please be sure to contact our company first for return authorization and shipping instructions, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Misprinting/Damage: All claims and complaints must be submitted to our company by the buyer within 30 days after delivery, and overdue will not be accepted.
14. Warehousing time: After the goods are produced, our company can provide free storage time for 30 days, and the corresponding warehouse rent will be charged after 30 days. The warehouse rent is calculated according to 3%-5% of the value of the invoice every day. Please consult our company for specific matters corresponding sales contacts.
15. Validity period of the deposit: The deposit is valid for 6 months. Within the validity period, if the production is still not scheduled after repeated communication and negotiation, the contract will be deemed to be terminated and the deposit will be voluntarily waived. Our company has the final right of interpretation.
16. Force majeure: Due to wars, earthquakes, floods, storms, snow disasters and other reasons, our company cannot ship all or part of the contracted goods or delay the shipment of the contracted goods. Our company will notify the buyer within 10 days.
17. Legal dispute handling: If there is an order dispute, the two parties can coordinate and handle it.
