1980-1990: RFID technology and related products were developed and applied in the market, and applications in various fields appeared.

M1 chip refers to the abbreviation of the chip produced by NXP, a subsidiary of Philips. The full name is NXP Mifare1 series. There are two types of S50 and S70 commonly used. (no power supply in the card) and contact-free is a major breakthrough in the field of electronic devices. It is mainly used in the automatic toll collection system of buses, ferries, and subways, and is also used in access control management, identity verification, and electronic wallets. The advantage of M1 card is that it is a readable and writable multi-function card. The disadvantages are: the price is slightly expensive, and the sensing distance is short. It is suitable for non-quota consumption systems, parking systems, access control and attendance systems, etc.

S50 card is a contactless smart card made by NXP MF1 IC S50, with 1K data storage area, and the data is protected by a key. White cards, printed cards, paper self-adhesive labels, key chains, TOKEN can be provided, and there are various sizes and specifications as well as thin and thick cards. Main applications: access control, attendance, meeting sign-in, identification, logistics, industrial automation, various membership cards, such as food, subway, bus token cards, clubs and other electronic consumption, electronic tickets, animal identification, target tracking, laundry management , All kinds of cards and so on.

S70 card is a non-contact smart card made by NXP MF1 IC S70, usually referred to as S70 card, which complies with ISO14443A standard, 4 or 7 byte UID, 4K data storage area, and the data is protected by a key. White cards, printed cards, paper self-adhesive labels, key chains, TOKEN can be provided, and there are various sizes and specifications as well as thin and thick cards.

The FM4442 card is a 256-byte encryption card, and there are three-byte user passwords for reading data, writing data, protecting data, and password operation characteristics.

· Before the password is verified correctly, all data can only be read and cannot be rewritten.

· After checking the password is correct, you can change the data, including the password.

· Error counter, the initial value is 3, once the password check is wrong, it will be decremented by 1, if the 

counter value is 0, the card will be locked automatically, the data can only be read out, can not be cha

-nged and password check can no longer be performed; if not At zero time, once the password is check

-ed correctly, it can be restored to the initial value of 3.

· Each byte of the write-protected area (the first 32 bytes) can be individually protected. After the write

-protection, the content cannot be changed (that is, the data is solidified).

· The data encoding in the card adopts the BPSK phase-shift keying method with strong anti-interference ability. Data storage adopts EEPROM, data storage time is more than 10 years.
